Maintenance Plans · Recurring Care

Never let it get
bad again.

A scheduled visit — most clients choose monthly — that keeps a detailed or ceramic-coated vehicle in showroom condition all year, at your home in Hendersonville, Gallatin, Nashville, or anywhere in Middle Tennessee. Set it up once. We handle the rest.

Why maintenance beats rescue

Most people call a detailer when the car has gotten bad. That's the expensive way to do it: a neglected interior takes hours of extraction, and paint that's been through six months of brush washes needs correction before it looks right again.

A maintenance plan flips that. We come on a schedule, wash the vehicle correctly, keep the interior fresh, and top up protection before it wears off. The vehicle never gets bad enough to need a rescue — and the cost per visit is a fraction of a full detail.

Who it's for

  • Ceramic-coated vehicles. A coating is an investment; a maintenance plan is how you get the full lifespan out of it. Every visit, the coating gets washed with the right products and inspected.
  • Anyone who just had an Ultimate or a correction. Freshly sealed or corrected paint stays that way with proper washing — and swirls right back up with one trip through an automatic wash.
  • Busy households. Kids, dogs, commutes. A monthly visit means the interior stays livable without you ever detailing it yourself.
  • Enthusiasts and premium vehicles. If you'd never let a brush wash touch it, this is the alternative that doesn't cost your Saturday.

How a plan works

  1. Start with a baseline. Most plans begin with an HD Ultimate or, on a coated car, with the coating install itself.
  2. Pick a rhythm. Monthly is by far the most popular. Some clients go every two weeks in pollen season and monthly the rest of the year.
  3. We show up. Same day each cycle, no reminders needed. You don't need to be home.
  4. We keep it right. Proper wash, interior refresh, protection topped up, and a heads-up if we spot anything — a chip, a stain, a coating that's due for attention.

What affects the price

Maintenance plans are quoted per client. The variables are the vehicle, the visit frequency, and what each visit includes — a coated Porsche washed monthly is a different plan from a family SUV with two car seats. You only pay for what your vehicle actually needs, and the price is agreed up front.

The Middle Tennessee calendar

The region is hard on vehicles in a predictable rhythm: spring pollen that turns black cars yellow, summer bug season and hard-water sprinkler spots, fall sap and leaf tannin stains, and winter road grime. A plan lets us stay ahead of each one instead of reacting to it.

Questions we get asked

  • For most daily drivers, monthly keeps the vehicle consistently excellent. Vehicles that live outside or see heavy pollen and bug seasons do well with every two weeks during spring and summer.

  • It's the best thing you can do for the coating. Coatings fail early when they're washed with the wrong products or left dirty; maintained correctly, they reach their full rated life.
